Advanced SystemCare 3
I use my computer primarily for e mail, some online banking and informational searches. This is an older computer given to me. it came up in a security ck through advance system care3. I was wondering what it is and if I actually need it, sounds like something an IT person would need? can I select it and let the program delete it to free up space?

Advanced SystemCare is actually a popular diagnostic software which helps you to protect your computer from spyware and virus. It runs very fast and uses little space. So you should keep it.
