Can I disable Windows service "System Event Notification" to speedup my computer?

Execution command: C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs
If you don't care about system notifications like who logged on to your computer, you can disable "System Event Notification", freeing up at least 1MB of memory.
