Microsoft application service "SQLServerAgent" - Installed as part of Microsoft SQL server. Providing SQL Server service.

Execution command: C:\MSSQL7\binn\sqlagent.exe

If you are not using Microsoft SQL server, you can disable "SQLServerAgent", freeing up at least 1MB of memory. Or you can uninstall MS SQL Server from your computer.
