Can I disable Windows service "Universal Plug and Play Device Host" to speedup my computer?

Execution command: C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe -k LocalService
If don't use any universal plug and play devices that attached to the local network, you should disable "Universal Plug and Play Device Host".
