merging user accounts

Just set up a new computer with Window 8 ( not a fan yet). Set up a new user account, then downloaded all of our files from Carbonite which had an additional user account from our old computer.

There is information in each that is needed, but only one account is needed.

Did not realize how difficult it would be to combine the old and the new user accounts. really miss the old drag and drop system.
