1. Go to this Microsoft site https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/handle.

2. Click the "Download Handle" link and save the download ZIP file as C:\fyicenter\Handle.zip.

3. Unzip C:\fyicenter\Handle.zip to C:\fyicenter\Handle\ folder.

4. Start a command line window by run "Command Prompt" as administrator.

5. Type in C:\fyicenter\Handle\Handle to run Handle. You see a license agreement screen showing up.

6. Click "I agree" button. You see a list of all running processes with their loaded DLLs :showing up
