Turning off "Recent Programs" on Windows 10
Can I stop Windows 10 to store and show recent programs? I don't want my boss to know what programs I was running when he borrows my computer.

Yes, you can turn off the store and show recent files function on Windows 10:
Right-mouse click on the task bar and select "Taskbar settings". You will see the "Settings" dialog box.
Click "Start" tab and uncheck the "Show recently opened items in Jump list on Start or the taskbar" option.
Windows 10 will stop storing and showing recent programs from now on.
