Turn on Bluetooth on iPhone Running iOS 10
How to turn on Bluetooth on my iPhone running iOS 10 to allow other Bluetooth devices to find and connect to my phone?

If you have an iPhone running iOS 10 system and want to turn on the Bluetooth service for Bluetooth connections, you can follow these steps:
1. Go to "Settings > Bluetooth" on your iPhone. You see Bluetooth setting screen.
2. Tap to turn on "Bluetooth. You see small message: "Now discoverable as "My iPhone"".
Your iPhone is ready for Bluetooth connections now and named as "My iPhone" or the name of your iPhone.
You also see a list of nearby Bluetooth devices.
