The startup folder holds programs that will be automatically launched
during system start up time.
The startup folder is a common place where malware leaves programs to harm your systems.
Here is how to access the startup folder to view all startup programs on a Windows Vista system.
Run File Explorer.
Go to ProgramData > Microsoft > Windows > Start Menu > Programs > Startup.
