Windows service "IMAPI CD-Burning COM Service" - Manages CD recording using Image Mastering Applications Programming Interface (IMAPI). If this service is stopped, this computer will be unable to record CDs. If this service is disabled, any services that explicitly depend on it will fail to start.

Execution command: C:\WINDOWS\System32\imapi.exe

This service allows you to use the Windows XP built-in CD burning program. But you have a third party CD burning program installed, you can disable "IMAPI CD-Burning COM Service", freeing up at least 4MB of memory.
