i am using windows 8 64 bit ,on a dell inspiron laptop.diaplay adapter is AMD radeon HD 7670m. my system freezes in starting then shows this message.i have also downloaded and updated my graphics driver but of no use.

This is a common mostly harmless error. It is more annoying than critical as long as it doesn't crash the computer. You should use the latest Dell Drivers since laptop drivers are usually customized by Dell for your specific model.
Google the error to find a long history of complaints about this--but no solutions that I have found.
