Did you purchase a boxed license or a OEM System Builder license?
Box license, you will find the key on a card inside the box:

If its the OEM System Builder, its on a COA sticker attached to the package:
If its not there and you bought the package from Amazon marketplace, then the previous owner didn't give you the key.
