I can not figure out how to unsync facebook contacts from my calendar on windows 8

As I understand that you want to remove Facebook birthdays from my windows 8 calendar.

I believe your Facebook account is linked to your Hotmail account so after configuring the account to Calendar app, all birthdays are synced. You cannot remove these events by manually deleting them since these are downloaded and synced from your Hotmail account, what you can do is remove your Facebook account from your Hotmail to totally remove them.
