Unable to view pictures from the picture folder
All of my photos are in the pictures folder- I used to be able to choose Med, large or x-large and see the actual photos-in a small size. Or else I could click them and a larger size would show up in the preview pane. Now all it is is either the Adobe Photoshop blue and white symbol or a generic landscape photo. I have to double click and open through the slideshow app. It's very annoying because I'm trying to organize them and it's very slow and tedious this way. Any help?

As per the description, I understand that you are facing issue with the picture preview. It seems that Windows Photo Viewer is not set as default program for picture preview. However, let’s work together to get this problem resolved.
To make Windows Photo Viewer as default, follow the steps given below:
1. Open the Picture folder.
2. Right click on a picture and click on Open with.
3. Click on Choose a default program.
4. Check the check box against “Use this app for all .jpg filesâ€.
5. Click on Windows Photo Viewer.
6. Check if it helps.
