Programs not pulling up on desktop
When I choose an app (program) from the start page it will attempt to open on the desktop. When I look down at the taskbar I see the program icon but it is not displaying the actual program. It's like it is stuck on minimize. When I click to bring it up nothing happens. Sometime I will turn the monitor off for like 5mins-15mins then turn it back on and the program will finally maximize so that I am able to use the program. Now it is getting to the point where that trick will not work anymore. This is happening more frequently. I know that is not normal. Can someone tell me how to solve this problem? It doesn't matter what program I try to open this issue always occur. (Microsoft Word, Snipping tool, explore, and more)
