Service Dependencies on Windows 7 Service Console
What are dependencies of a service on the Windows 7 Services console?

Dependencies of a service include two groups of
services, system drivers and components that are
related to this service:
You can review dependencies of a service with the Services console on Windows 7.
1. Start the Services console as shown in "Start Services Console on Windows 7" tutorial.
2. Scroll service list up and down to locate the service that you are interested in, for example "Print Spooler".
3. Double-click on "Print Spooler". You will see the "Print Spooler Properties" screen showing up with the "General" tab.
4. Click the "Dependencies" tab. You will see two dependency lists. For example:
Some services depend on other services, system drivers, or load order
groups, If a system component stopped, or is not running properly,
dependent services can be affected.
