"\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\AUScheduledInstall" is a scheduled task on Windows 8 system added as part of Windows installation.
You will see "\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\AUScheduledInstall" listed on Task Scheduler with the following information:

"AUFirmwareInstall" is disabled by default.
