How to change Display Scale for Larger Text on Windows 10?

If the text displayed on your screen is too small to read, you can change the display scale to make it larger by following this tutorial.
1. Go to "Start > Settings > System". You see system settings.
2. Click "Display" on the left menu. You see screen display settings.
3. Select "150%" from the dropdown list under "Change the size of text, apps, and other items".
4. Logout and login again. You see the text size is larger now.
