Silverlight Update Pop Up on Windows 7
Why I am getting this "Microsoft Silverlight Update" pop up window?
✍: .fyicenter.com
If you have Silverlight 2.0 installed and you are visiting a Web site that requires
Silverlight 3.0, you will get this "Microsoft Silverlight Update" pop up window:
The pop up window says: This page requires a more recent version of Silverlight. Would you like to install the latest version from the Silverlight Web site?
If you get this pop up window from a trusted Web site, like Microsoft Web site, then you can click the "Install now" button to install the latest version of Silverlight.
If you get this pop up window from unpopular Web site, just click the "X" icon to close the pop up to avoid getting any spyware.
