Can't activate windows 8

I have recently been trying to activate windows 8. When I try to activate it gives me the error: 0x8007007b. I've read a lot of posts and I can see it's a common problem. I've tried entering "slui 3" and tried activating it that way (which is the only way I can find on other threads) but I get the same error. Does anyone know of another way to activate?
