There's a few things to try in regards to this.
First:
1. Start > Run > services.msc.
2. Once in Services, find Windows Time, right-click it and select Restart.
Second:
1. Mouse-over the the date & time on your Taskbar, right-click it, and select 'Adjust date/time'.
2. Once you're in Date and Time, select the 'Internet Time' tab, and select 'Change Settings'.
3. Ensure it's set to synchronize to time.windows.com, and even if it is, un-check it, save, restart, and re-check it again when you boot back up and click 'Update now'.
-- You may of course also want to check to ensure that your timezone is correct, etc.
