Windows 8 Clean Install on fresh hard drive. No install disk.

I wish to do a full install of windows on a new hard drive. I have a product code for an upgrade copy of windows 8 pro. I do not have the original xp disk/product code for installing that and then installing windows 8. How would one go about downloading to a usb to install?
I would also like to install windows 8 as a 64 bit version, I have found no way of purchasing a 64 bit version of windows 8 and have heard you can choose to install it as such, is this true and how would one go about it?

You should be able to download Windows 8 from the store you bought the code from. Then you can run Setup and choose the "install from USB" option and it will help you create a USB boot disk for the install.
