I am running windows 8. Just recently I tried to open my windows store but I found it wouldn't open. I click on the store and ti just comes up with the loading icon but it never loads.
I can not access the store when logged into a microsoft account. However, when i switch to a local account i can access it. This is no use to me though as i am unable to download any apps from a local account. When i switch back to a microsoft account the store wont load . I have tried refreshing my computer but that didn't help at all.

Resetting the Store cache may help in getting the issue resolved.

Method 1: I would suggest you to run the Windows 8 Apps Troubleshooter and check the issue status.

Method 2: You may try to reset the App cache.
a. Press Windows key + R to open run window.
b. Type wsreset.exe and hit enter
c. Press OK.
